Prizewinners in the 2012 Muster events were:

  • Smallest Boat Cup won by David Stutchfield with Beechnut
  • Oldest Boat Quaich won by Alan Colquhoun with Christina II              
  • Best Dressed Boat cup won by Gary Watson
  • Best Classic Boat cup won by Bryan Frew with his restored lifeboat St Andrew

Prizewinners in the  2011 Muster events were :

Furthest Travelled Cup won by Cromarty's Gwynn Philips

Smallest Boat Cup won by Dunbar Sailing Club

Oldest Boat Quaich won by Mal Nicholson with his Humber Sloop “Spider T”

Best Dressed Boat cup won by Chris Roy of Tayport in “Astreus”



Anstruther Sailing Club’s Annual May Isle Race took place on Saturday 15 May 2011

Five boats took part in the race, and the results were

1st "Monopoly" Legend 33 Mark Ireland
2nd "Shalona" Jeanneau Sunrise 34 David Anderson
3rd "Whisper" Contessa 26 Ali MacLeod
4th "Braveheart" Endurance 40 David Tod
retired "Caperdonich! Fairey Atalanta 31 Bill Kennaway


"Braveheart" skippered by David Tod, with Jim Morrison as race officer, acted as committee boat but also sailed the course after starting the race
